Anna Maria Island Trolley

Whether it’s your first visit or your 50th, the best way to explore Anna Maria Island is aboard the free, air-conditioned Anna Maria Island Trolley. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride—no need to worry about driving or parking. The trolley loops daily from Coquina Beach in Bradenton Beach to the City Pier in Anna Maria, running every 20 minutes from 6am–9pm and every 30 minutes until 10:30pm (times may vary due to traffic or weather). With 35 northbound and 35 southbound stops every two to four blocks, you’re never far from a ride.

Pick up an AMI Chamber of Commerce map for trolley routes and schedules at the Chamber office, the Manatee Beach visitor kiosk, or local businesses. Schedules are also available on the MCAT website. You can also view the AMI Trolley Map & Schedule here.

The trolley can carry two single-seat bikes (16” or larger) on its front rack—perfect for exploring further once you hop off. For lost items, contact MCAT Lost & Found at 941-747-8621.

Riding the trolley helps reduce island traffic and supports the community. If you’d like to give back, donation boxes are located onboard.
