What a fabulous week at the beach and your Villa #4 was perfect. The pool was perfect to come back to after a nice day at the beach! We hated leaving and have already reserved a week during the holiday. Looking forward to getting out of the cold weather for the winter. ph and bh, MA

Thanksgiving Family Reunion at Alecassandra Vacation Villas

I can’t say enough about your place! We(sadly) have to leave today…but had a fabulous family reunion thanks to your villas. It’s worked out sooooo well….. Every family member had their own “home” for the Thanksgiving holiday … and yet we were all able to enjoy the turkey day festivities together as we all ate in one villa! The villas, the grounds, the pool….it was all in perfect condition, all worked, and was spotless! We all agreed that there was no better place to have a family reunion …. and if anyone is ever considering it but can’t make up their mind… have them contact me! I will convince them! Tropical Island Feel when staying at Alecassandra Vacation Villas

This was our second weekly summer vacation at these villas. I can’t say enough nice things about the rental agent and the owner’s of these villas and we are not related! The owners went out of their way to provide us with fun ideas of things to do on and off the island! The villas have always been nice and clean and have that beachy décor which really makes us feel like we are on a tropical island. D & S

Alecassandra Vacation Villas, perfect for “Spring Break”

Thank you! This was a great place for our group to stay on Anna Maria Island. We had several families traveling together for “Spring Break” vacations and the location was just ideal! We were close to everything from the beaches, fishing piers, restaurants to the grocery store! We grilled out, swam in the pool, skim boarded at the beach, kids also enjoyed an adorable mini golf course on the island and para-sailing.

Alecassandra Vacation Villas the right choice . . .

Good Day, I apologize for the late thank you for a wonderful, but oh too short visit, this past Aug. It was everything and then some, for some r&r for my wife and I. I knew from our 1st phone conversation that I made the right choice. It was the perfect villa for an unforgettable stay filled with warm memories of spectacular sunrises over the bay along with spectacular sunsets over the gulf. With a short 6 minute walk to the bay and even shorter walk to the gulf, who could ask for anything more? The villa itself was ultra clean, a fully equipped kitchen, a dreamy king bed, a sparkling, inviting pool, beach goodies, bikes, grills, all the amenities to make the perfect vacation. So, thanks to you and Wagner Realty for a beautiful, friendly, visit, the 1st of more to come. L & L

Delightful Island Life at Alecassandra Vacation Villas!

Since Ohio was buried in snow, we decided to go where the warm wind blows. The temperatures weren’t very high, even Santa Claus left with a sigh. Oh, the weather was a little cold and frightful, but the Island life was delightful. The kids kept prancing and singing loud, “No more snow, no more snow , no more snow!” We would rather play in the beach sand, and the waves, even the cold was just grand, No matter how much you preach, Michele got wet, “No, but I love the beach!” The setting sun was starting to fizzle, “Listen closely,” we said, “you’ll hear the sizzle.” Memories are an important part of our life, at least that’s according to my wife. Again, next year we’ll cross the land. Instead of snow, we’ll be back in the sand. Thank you. G & JR
