Living Room – Sofa, (queen sleeper), loveseat, flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, wireless internet, cable

Master Bedroom En-Suite – King bed, a double dresser, mirror, two bed side dressers with lamps, TV, alarm clock, hair dryer, closet. Single sink, a tub/shower enclosure, and a water closet. Iron and ironing board, sleeper sofa linens.

Guest Bedroom/Bath – Two twin beds, a night table and lamp, a double dresser and mirror. The second bathroom has a Tub/Shower Enclosure and a Single Vanity Sink along with the water closet. Bedroom and bathroom Linens.

Guest Bedroom – Queen bed, a night stand and lamp, and a double dresser with mirror.

Recreation Room – Combination pool/ping pong table, sofa and chairs, and a table and chairs. An assortment of Free, movies, books, board games, puzzles are available and must be requested in advance.

Beach Chairs – An assortment of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers are provided in the villa. With advance notice, a beach cart/wagon can also be provided. Advanced notice is requested and if available, it will be brought to you.
